Government launches online portal for common man. Where you can file consumer related disputes/frauds online to website.

follow these step for online complain registration:

1. First you have to go website :www.consumerhelpline.gov.in.

2. Register yourself on this website.

3. Then You get userid and password.

4. you have to login for filing complain form.

5. You can also upload prove document like receipt or bill.

6. After complain is registered successfully ,one link will be open copy it for future reference.

7. Actually this link has information about your complain ,you can check complain status with this document.
